Whether you’re a seasoned performer or a rising star, we are excited to see what you bring to the table. Below, you’ll find the entrance details and terms for the audition process.

AUDITION ENTRANCE DETAILS

• Date & Time:

  • Melbourne: Monday, April – End June 2025
  • Sydney: Monday, April – End June 2025
  • Brisbane: Monday, April – End June 2025
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Venue:
  Specific audition locations will be provided upon registration.

• Registration Fee:

  • A$250 (Non-refundable)
  • The registration fee must be paid in full before attending the audition.

• What to Bring:

  • Comfortable dance attire (appropriate for your dance style)
  • A photo ID for verification
  • A short dance routine (if applicable) to showcase your skills

AUDITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for the Dancer Auditions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to dancers of all experience levels, from emerging talent to seasoned professionals.
   • Audition slots are subject to availability, and registration is required for entry.

2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee:

   • The A$250 registration fee is non-refundable. This fee covers administrative costs and access to the audition.

3. Selection Process:

   • A panel of industry professionals will evaluate your performance based on skill, creativity, and presence.
   • Call-back invitations will be extended to individuals who show the potential to perform at a high standard.

4. Commitment:

   • If selected, dancers will be required to commit to rehearsals and performances as part of the program.
   • Availability for future engagements may be requested.

5. Performance Opportunities:

   • Selected dancers may be invited to perform in ML’IFE-GATE’s upcoming events and shows.
   • Opportunities for collaboration with renowned choreographers and industry professionals will be available.

6. Health & Safety:

   • Dancers must adhere to the event’s health and safety protocols.
   • A medical waiver may be required depending on the nature of the performance.

7. Media & Photography:

   • By participating in the audition, you agree to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
   • All media created will remain the property of ML’IFE-GATE.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Complete the Registration Form on our website or event page.
2. Submit Your Payment of A$250 to confirm your audition spot.
3. Prepare Your Audition Routine and bring all required materials.
4. Arrive at the Audition Venue at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

5. REFUNDS, FEES & CHARGES TERMS

Thank you for your interest in participating in ML’IFE-GATE events. Below you will find the details of our Refunds, Fees, and Charges Terms, which apply to all registered participants. Please review them carefully to ensure that you fully understand the policies.

1. REGISTRATION FEE TERMS

• Non-refundable Registration Fee:
  • The A$250 registration fee for Dancer Auditions and other related events is non-refundable. This fee is charged at the time of registration to confirm your participation and covers event-related administration and processing costs.
  • Once payment is made, it cannot be returned, regardless of whether you attend or not.

2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Cancellation by Participant:

  • If you choose to cancel your registration after payment has been made, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • In the event of personal circumstances or changes in availability, participants can request to reschedule their audition date, subject to availability. However, no refunds will be issued for missed auditions or cancellations made by the participant.

• Cancellation by Event Organizers:

  • If ML’IFE-GATE cancels the audition or event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), participants will be notified as soon as possible.
  • In the event of cancellation, participants will have the option to:
    • Reschedule their audition at no extra charge, or
    • Receive a refund of their registration fee if rescheduling is not an option.
  • Refunds will only be processed in the case of event cancellation by the organizers and not for any participant-related reasons.

3. PAYMENT AND CHARGES

• Payment Methods:

  • Registration fees must be paid through the designated payment platform on the official website.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, online transfer, or other platforms specified during registration.
  • ML’IFE-GATE is not responsible for any additional transaction fees or charges applied by third-party payment processors.

• Currency:

  • All fees and charges are quoted in Australian Dollars (A$) unless otherwise specified.
  • For international participants, please note that exchange rates and any international transaction fees may apply.

4. REFUND REQUESTS

• Refunds for Overcharges:

  • If there is a discrepancy in the amount paid, or an error in processing your registration, please contact ML’IFE-GATE within 7 days of payment for a review. Any overcharges that are found will be refunded in full.

• Non-Refundable Fees:

  • ML’IFE-GATE does not offer refunds for any registration fees, event-related charges, or access passes under any other circumstances, except as outlined in the cancellation by event organizers section.

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

• If you fail to attend your audition or event without notifying the organizers in advance, you will forfeit your registration fee and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

6. GENERAL TERMS

• By registering for any ML’IFE-GATE events, you agree to all the terms outlined in this Refunds, Fees & Charges Terms document.
• ML’IFE-GATE reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with notice to participants provided where necessary.

14. BREAKING POLICIES & PERSONAL DIPLOMACY NURTURED

Unfit / Dismissal Policy

At ML’IFE-GATE, we recognize that circumstances beyond your control can occasionally disrupt your ability to fully participate in a program or event. Whether it’s a personal issue or health-related matter, we aim to support you while maintaining the integrity and professionalism of our events.

Health-Related Absences:

If you become ill during the course of a program or event, we offer the flexibility to re-join the same program or class at a later date. However, please be advised of the following conditions:

• No Refund for Partial Attendance: If you only attend part of the program or event (e.g., attending 3 days out of 5), we will not be able to issue a refund for the missed days. It is important to ensure that you can fully commit to the schedule before booking.

• Re-joining Post-Absence: Should you need to reschedule due to illness or any other unavoidable situation, we are happy to assist in helping you re-join at a later date, depending on availability and event schedules.

Employer-Funded Training:

If your training is funded by your employer, we kindly request that you provide a letter from your employer. This letter should confirm that your participation in the program aligns with their professional development goals for you. This documentation is essential for us to verify that the training is part of your official career advancement plan.

Completion Requirements for Certification:

To receive a certificate of completion for any program, it is necessary to complete all the scheduled sessions. We emphasize the importance of attending and completing the entire program, as this is a fundamental requirement for certification.

If you are unable to complete the program for any reason, please let us know promptly. While we strive to accommodate changes, we want to ensure all participants meet the standards required for accreditation.

Dismissal and Unfit Participation:

In some cases, participants may be deemed “unfit” for the program due to non-compliance with rules, disruptive behaviour, or failure to meet essential health or performance standards. In these rare situations:

• Dismissal from the Program: If a participant’s actions are found to be detrimental to the experience or safety of others, ML’IFE-GATE reserves the right to dismiss the individual from the program without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, disruptive behaviour, harassment, or actions that violate our policies.

• Health and Safety Concerns: If a participant’s health condition is such that it could interfere with their safety or the safety of others during the program, ML’IFE-GATE may advise them to step out or reschedule for a later time when they are fit to participate.

Booking Reservations for International Guests & Celebrities

For international guests and celebrities, it is crucial that all booking reservations be made at least one week prior to the event. This ensures that your seat is reserved and that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your preferences and needs.

Guest Status: Light Stars Globe

(17.3) Membership Requirements & Enrolment

To become a member of MLGF, please complete the membership application through our official website or by contacting the MLGF Membership Desk. Membership is available on a yearly basis, and we encourage you to select the tier that best suits your needs.

• Application Process: Fill out the membership form and submit any required documentation (such as personal details and event preferences).
• Fees & Payments: Membership fees for the MLGF Membership and Gold-Classic Service are billed annually. Full payment is required at the time of enrolment. Refunds or transfers for membership are not available after purchase.
• Eligibility: Membership is open to all, with particular focus given to individuals who are passionate about the arts, entertainment, and luxury experiences.
• Term & Conditions: All members must adhere to the MLGF Member Code of Conduct, which includes the requirement to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour at all times during events and interactions with others.

(17.4) Renewals & Cancellations

• Renewal: Membership will automatically renew at the end of each year unless cancellation is requested by the member at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your membership, we request that you notify us in writing at least 30 days before your membership’s expiration. Refunds are not available for unused services or events after cancellation.

As a member of MLGF, we ask that you:

• Uphold Integrity and Respect: Maintain professionalism and respect for others at all times during events and interactions.
• Follow Event Guidelines: Abide by the specific rules and guidelines of each ML’IFE event or service you participate in.
• Support the Community: Contribute positively to the ML’IFE community by respecting its values, mission, and vision.

(17.6) Termination of Membership

MLGF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of violation of the code of conduct, disruptive behaviour, or failure to fulfil membership obligations. Members who engage in harmful activities or violate the principles of ML’IFE may have their access revoked, without refund.
