(4.1). TO REGISTER FOR DANCER AUDITIONS. If you are interested in participating in our dancer auditions, kindly fill out the registration for located on the enrolment sign up section of our events page. After completion, you will receive notification regarding the specific date and venue of the audition. Please specify your preferred location: Melbourne or Brisbane for the audition.

(5.1) Dear, Cardholders: It is crucial to note that your bank might impose liability waiver charges that we are not responsible for when modifications or refunds are made. When participating in an ML’IFE event, it is recommended to stay alert and prevent any mistakes. And for the cashier, please handle transactions carefully. Remember to provide your name and code for the programs.

(6.1) In this modern age, booking tickets online has greatly increased in ease and efficiency thanks to the introduction of ticketing systems. However, it is important to take heed of the following notice: “We deeply regret to inform you that any lost tickets cannot be replaced or refunded. Please be aware that we bear no responsibility for any misplaced tickets.” In the event of such an occurrence during a workshop, it is imperative to report it promptly. To guarantee your spot in the workshop, it is essential to reserve a seat with a valid ID for a hassle-free and pleasant experience. Be assured that our team is here to help whenever needed. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that we are not accountable for any lost personal belongings.

(9.1) REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY. (9) CLAIMS NOTIFICATION POLICY. In situations where changes or cancellations are necessary, ML’IFE Events has the authority to cancel a participant’s registration at any given moment. Should you request a refund prior to the scheduled event, kindly inform us so that we can process it within 5 business days, considering varying transaction processing times across different banks. For events that are rescheduled or cancelled, we ask for your cooperation based on the following guidelines:

(9.2) Attendees will receive timely updates regarding any modifications. – In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued beforehand.

(9.3) If you wish to upgrade or explore other options, please inform us.

(9.4) “Should you choose to leave an event prematurely without prior notification, please be aware that no refunds will be provided. Depending on the circumstances, disqualification may also result”.

(13.1) Please be aware that should you fall ill during the course, you can rejoin the same program or class later. For instance, if you participate in just 3 days out of 5 days sessions, we will not refund you for the remaining 2 days. If your training is being funded by your employer, we ask for a letter from them verifying that your participation is in line with your development. Furthermore, to obtain a certificate of completion for the management training, it is essential that you successfully finish the entire program.
